Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. As a member of our team, you'll be operating registers or other machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and serving customers. Start a job that offers something new each day.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $18.50/hour
• Wage Progression: Year 2 - $19.00; Year 3 - $19.50; Year 4 - $19.50; Year 5 - $20.50

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the leader
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Process customer purchases, clean, stock shelves, and display merchandise neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness
• Follow merchandising planograms for displays
• Organize inventory and handle packaging materials
• Operate machinery safely and follow safety procedures

Physical Demands:

• Require sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking
• Stocking may involve lifting up to 45 pounds and working at various heights

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Perform cleaning duties to standards

• Cashier: Operate cash register efficiently and accurately; comply with alcohol sales regulations

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Equivalent knowledge through education and experience
