Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. As a member of our team, you’ll operate registers or other machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and serve customers. Start a job that offers something new each day.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $18.00/hr
• Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50, Year 3 - $19.00, Year 4 - $19.00, Year 5 - $20.00

Responsibilities:

General Duties:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents/data
• Perform other duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, clean, stock shelves, and display merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report inventory issues and participate in stock counts
• Follow cash handling policies

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock and rotate products, follow merchandising plans
• Organize inventory, operate machinery safely

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift (up to 45 lbs), and walk regularly

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills, ability to perform cleaning duties
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of products/services; operating cash register and equipment
• Availability for early morning shifts (as early as 5:00 a.m.)

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
