Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder at 58 Main St, Freeport, ME to lead a busy retail floor. You’ll coach and develop the team, open and close the store, and ensure excellent guest experiences while delivering on sales goals.

The role requires at least one year of retail leadership, proficiency with Word and Excel, and a charismatic, team-focused attitude. Weekend availability and 20–30 hours per week are expected; seasonal peaks may require 25–40 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and a love for the vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident and professional.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store goals by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Host the party by communicating vineyard vines values to customers through the team.
• Regularly exemplifies our values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Fun.
• Execute the fundamentals of the store workflow from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory.
• Focus on people development and training through coaching and onboarding.
• Open and close the store as required.
