Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store standards: maintain front and back areas, visual merchandising, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Cash management and adherence to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
