We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service oriented, and likes to have fun while they work. The Keyholder will support the team, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, and model a positive attitude under pressure. They will be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards and assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success as an ambassador and in local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
