Job summary

At Home is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to support store operations, front-end, freight, and merchandising while upholding company standards designed to drive sales.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma, demonstrate clear communication, and can lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with a team. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays is required. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and follow all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by delivering excellent service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Process freight, sort and stock products in designated areas, following merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload and tasks on time and efficiently.
• Impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to keep the store profitable.
• Perform other duties as needed by business.
• Maintain open availability for scheduling.
