At Home is seeking a Team Member (Part-Time) to support operations, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes while upholding company standards designed to drive sales. The role involves vigorous lifting and stocking in a warehouse-format store, with a focus on customer service and a positive shopping experience.

This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and executes directives accurately and on time.
• The TM provides excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• The TM performs cashier/front-end duties with accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• The TM processes freight, sorts and stocks products per merchandising guidelines.
• TM performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• The TM completes daily/weekly workload efficiently and on time.
• The TM contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• AII other duties as needed.
