Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time store associates to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. Positions offer a starting wage of $17.50 per hour with scheduled increases over time.

Roles include cashier, stocker, and store associate with duties spanning customer service, operating POS systems, and maintaining inventories. Candidates must be available for diverse shifts and be ready to work early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices and computers.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists store management in achieving total loss goals.
• Complies with all established company policies and processes.
• Supports store management in providing a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
