Job summary

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers to join our teams. You’ll merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases in Year 2–Year 5. Roles include cashier duties using POS, stocking shelves, operating store equipment, and following policies to support smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product to keep shelves neat and organized.
• Operate cash register and process transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and lane management as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety policies.
• Support management in achieving operational and loss-prevention goals.
