Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers. You’ll merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best.

As a cashier, you’ll provide friendly checkout service, while as a stocker you’ll help keep shelves stocked and organized for a great shopping experience. Position Type: Part-Time; Average Hours: fewer than 30 hours/week; Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour; Wage Increases: Year 2 $18.00, Year 3 $18.50, Year 4 $18.50, Year 5 $19.50.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to maintain store standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using POS.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising planograms.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Support a safe working environment by identifying hazards and ensuring equipment is proper working order.
