Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Reliability in attendance and availability.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system.
• Keep shelves stocked and organized according to planograms.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards.
• Support curbside pickup order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
