Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Experience leading people or prior Domino's experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability and trustworthiness for shift leadership.
• Able to drive and maintain a good driving record; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a shift, including people, operations, and profits.
• Lead by example to train and motivate team members on policy and service.
• Prepare and deliver great customer experiences during day and night shifts.
• Be flexible with shift scheduling and assist at nearby locations as needed.
