Job summary

Domino's Roanoke Valley Pizza, LLC is hiring store managers, or Assistant Managers, to lead a team in a fast-paced, hour-by-hour environment. This part-time, hourly role offers you the chance to become the second in command of a million-dollar business, with evenings and some weekends required.

You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen store, and you will be accountable for people, operations, sales and profits while ensuring policy adherence and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Domino's or managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift.
• Lead and manage the store team during your shift.
• Ensure safety, training and culture of your team.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Support at other nearby locations as needed.
