Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license for occasional tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work independently in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships.
• Support sales by closing leads and following up on inquiries.
• Manage daily office operations and lead tracking.
• Maintain property standards and assist with site organization.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and team for seamless service.
• Follow policies and use company tools with accuracy.
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Weekend availability is required.
