Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager for Vault Storage facilities. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive rentals, oversee tours, and ensure clean, secure, and well-maintained premises.

The role requires exceptional customer service, weekend availability, and prior leasing/retail/ops experience. A High School diploma is required; college education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills a must.
• Open availability including weekends is needed.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and property upkeep.
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operations.
• Previous experience in sales/marketing with ability to generate business and close leads.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours.
• Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well‑maintained.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions.
• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with sales acumen.
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees.
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency.
