Lampe Management Company is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate at Ample Storage facilities in Florence, SC. You will assist customers inside the leasing office and work on-site to keep the storage site clean and organized for tenants.

The role offers up to 29 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and weekend/holiday pay differentials. You may earn a $15.00 per lease bonus commission, with potential for advancement within the growing real estate company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 21 years’ old.
• Must own reliable transportation and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Background and driving record check, pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside the leasing office and outdoors on the storage site.
• Keep storage facility clean and neat for tenants and maintain common areas.
• Open office during hours, answer phone, collect rent, and lease units.
• Sweep units when tenants move out and pick up small trash on the lot.
