Qualifications

• Part-time hourly position as leasing agent, 24-32 hours per week.
• Hours: M-S 8:30-5:50 and Sunday 9-2; schedule can be flexible.
• Experience in leasing or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Understand and use the property's tenant management system.
• Maintain accurate records for each customer including contracts, insurance and change of address forms.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable process through collections, posting payments and daily deposits.
• Light grounds maintenance (sweeping, trash pickup).
• Sell boxes, locks and packing supplies.
• Deliver superior customer service with courtesy, prompt greetings and product knowledge.
