Storage Hub is hiring in Florida to join our team as a customer-focused rental associate. You will drive unit rentals by converting inquiries into signed leases and match customers with suitable unit sizes while upselling additional services.

You will manage customer accounts, perform daily deposits, and maintain accurate records. You will conduct regular property inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and a clean, show-ready facility.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Comfortable in a sales environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive rentals by converting phone and walk-in inquiries into signed leases.
