About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, manage replenishment, and support omni-channel operations.

Required Availability

Start work at 6 am.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as needed, based on sell-through rates and seasonal changes.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Ensure all product protection standards are met.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, under store leadership guidance.

Required Skills

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Preferred Skills

Pay starts at $12.50 per hour.
