Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of store processes. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishing stock, and supporting omni-channel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish sales floor stock based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
• Greet customers and assist them with products and services.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Train new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

All Associate Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive environment.
• Use good judgment and involve supervisors when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Support POS and customer service to ensure quick, quality transactions.
• Meet individual goals related to productivity, credit, and loyalty.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Respond proactively to supervisor directives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.85 per hour.
