Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate

Join us to apply for the Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate role at Kohl's.

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools as directed by store leadership.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or service industries is a plus.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65. Kohl’s offers various benefits depending on full-time or part-time status, including PTO, health and wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance, and life event support.
