Job summary

FARM Rio in New York seeks a Stockroom Associate to support daily store operations, inventory control, and order processing.

You will receive and handle warehouse orders, maintain stock accuracy, perform cycle counts, and ensure a clean, organized stockroom; weekend availability required; 25h+ per week.

Qualifications

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude required.
• Interest in fashion and/or arts is preferred.
• Open to working 25h+/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle orders from hub or warehouse.
• Ensure accuracy of products received and report discrepancies.
• Process customer shipments per company standards.
• Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Quality control on all products.
• Monitor and control stock levels.
• Assist in store inventory preparations and execution.
• Resolve stock discrepancies and cycle counts reports.
• Keep records for all stock movements.
• Help solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.

We're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us as our Stockroom Associate starting asap.

What we´re looking for:

• Positive and enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Interest in fashion and/or arts in general
• Open to work 25h+/week, including weekend availability

You’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving and handling orders from hub or warehouse
• Ensuring accuracy of products received and reporting any discrepancy
• Processing customer shipments in line with company standards of excellence
• Performing all shipping/receiving tasks in an efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner
• Quality control on all products
• Control product stock level
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of the store’s physical inventory
• Resolving inventory discrepancies, adjustments for all cycle counts and differential reports
• Keeping accurate records for all stock movement
• Helping solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity
• Always maintaining a clean and organized stockroom

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: 19/hr paid biweekly basis
• Monthly Comission
