Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is hiring a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries and stocking the floor. You’ll help with displays, greet customers, and support a fast-paced shopping environment in a way that reflects our blue-collar heritage and commitment to customers.

Key duties include stocking, endcap resets, and assisting customers with carry-outs. The role requires flexibility to work some weekends/holidays and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform stocking tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place products in proper locations.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Manage backstock bins and handle top stock.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and assemble products for displays.

Skills
