Job summary

Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel, part of Sage Hospitality Group in Denver, seeks a dishwashing associate to support restaurant and kitchen operations. You will gather, wash, and stock dishes, polish equipment, and maintain a clean dish room as part of a collaborative hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Gather dirty dishware from tubs and rinse, stacking in dishracks for washing.
• Load dishracks on belt and operate the automatic dishwasher as instructed.
• Regulate detergents and chemicals in automatic dispensers and monitor controls.
• Unload clean dishes and stack in carts for staff use.
• Manually scrub pots and pans not suitable for machine washing.
• Polish silver, stainless steel and pewter used in service.
• Maintain and service dishwashing equipment per manufacturers' instructions.
• Keep the dish room clean and orderly at all times; sweep, mop, and wipe surfaces.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
