Qualifications

• Must know step terminology, history, and resources to teach step dancing.
• Experience choreographing step-dancing and producing performances.
• Prior experience teaching youth preferred.
• Able to follow a curriculum and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish behavior rules and classroom order.
• Teach the art of step and equal learning opportunities.
• Follow instructions and organize rehearsals.
