Job summary

The Cooper Union is seeking a Part-time Student Success & Pathways Officer to expand access to its precollege STEM programs. This hands-on role requires managing the recruitment and engagement pipeline from outreach to enrollment, with strong autonomy and execution.

The officer will coordinate strategy and operational work within the STEM Pre-College Programs team, serving as the primary contact for partnerships, tracking, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage student recruitment and engagement pipeline from outreach through enrollment.
• Coordinate information sessions, school visits, and Zoom meetings for prospective students and families.
• Maintain and analyze data in CRM/SLATE to improve conversion and persistence.
• Provide structured pathway consultations and application support for students and parents.
• Track and report on application status, deadlines, and program requirements.
• Identify barriers to enrollment and work with families to resolve them.
