Job summary

iFLY Holdings, LLC is seeking a passionate STEM Educator for a part-time, flexible, in-person role in Pennsylvania. Field trips run primarily Monday–Friday mornings, with occasional evenings/weekends, offering a hands-on STEM learning experience for students of various ages.

You will deliver engaging presentations, work with flight instructors, and guide activities while collaborating with teachers and parents to refine the program. A STEM degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or STEM education.
• Graduate degree preferred; strong STEM background required.
• Experience teaching or leading STEM activities.
• Comfortable engaging groups up to 130 students.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person presentations introducing grade-appropriate STEM concepts.
• Collaborate with flight instructors to show how objects behave in a wind tunnel.
• Facilitate grade-appropriate science activities or experiments.
• Engage with teachers and parents for program feedback.
• Work with staff to ensure successful program implementation.
• Communicate with Education Program staff to improve the program.
