Job summary

Code Ninjas Beacon Hill is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to connect with local families, schools, and organizations in Seattle. The part-time role focuses on representing the brand, driving enrollment, and coordinating family-friendly events.

You will engage with communities, manage social channels, and support marketing efforts while promoting STEM education for kids aged 5–14 in a vibrant, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, marketing, education, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working with children and families.
• Comfortable with public speaking and representing a brand at events.
• Social media savvy with experience managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community groups, and families to drive awareness and enrollment.
• Represent Code Ninjas at community events, fairs, and school outreach programs.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and in-center activities.
• Manage and grow social media presence and community communications.
• Support marketing initiatives including flyers, newsletters, and local advertising.
• Engage with current and prospective families to communicate program offerings and benefits.
• Track outreach efforts and report on engagement metrics and enrollment impact.
