Job summary

Snapology of South Broward is seeking an energetic, kid-savvy instructor to lead hands-on STEM/STEAM programs for elementary-age students. If you love LEGO bricks, robotics, coding, and watching a kid's face light up when their build actually works, we want to meet you.

No lecturing from a textbook here. Our classes are built around play-based learning: model building, simple robotics, coding challenges, and engineering projects that make science and math feel like game time.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or working with elementary-age children (classroom, camp, tutoring, coaching, or similar).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to drive to program sites.
• Availability during after-school hours (roughly 2:30–6:30 PM) and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured STEM/STEAM classes and camps for elementary-age kids (K-5).
• Follow Snapology's curriculum while keeping energy high and every student engaged.
• Manage a classroom of curious, high-energy kids with patience and confidence.
• Set up and break down activity materials (LEGO kits, robotics, coding tablets, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the Snapology team.
