Lower Columbia College's Rose Center for the Arts is seeking a Stage/Theater Technician to power live events in the Wollenberg Auditorium. The role covers lighting, sound, and stage setup for theatre, music, and lectures.

The position is part-time and non-permanent, with hours primarily in evenings or weekends, supervised by the Technical Director. The ideal candidate works well independently and with a team, and is ready to adapt to varied productions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in lighting, audio/visual, or deck crew.
• Lighting experience includes light board operations, patching, hanging, and focusing.
• Audio/visual experience includes sound board operations, mics, small PA setup, and basic video.
• Positive attitude, calm under pressure, diplomacy, and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and time management, ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Install lighting, scenery, audio and video for theatre productions and events.
• Operate live production equipment and perform general facilities maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
