Job Description Summary: The position supports the technology of the institution at the Wise County campus with the installation and maintenance of computers, installation and maintenance of AV systems, and user support.

• Repair, maintain, and deploy computers and AV classroom systems.
• Assist users in resolving computer and AV related problems by providing tier‑1 support.
