Job summary

Weatherford College seeks a part-time Sign Language Interpreter for Weatherford Campus to support students and staff with classroom, lab, tutoring, and extracurricular activities. The role requires Level 1 certification and fluency in American Sign Language and/or Signed English.

Since there is no full-time equivalent, employees in this title may work no more than fourteen (14) hours per week. Level 1 certification is required.

Required Education

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide sign language interpreting services to students and personnel working in conjunction with other full and part-time interpreters.
This may include classroom, lab instruction, tutoring, and/or extra-curricular activities.
