• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Actively look for ways to help people, and do so in a friendly manner.
• Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Use math to solve problems, such as dispensing quantities and day’s supply.
• Identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and determine best action.
• Be mobile, lift and move items, and maintain proper safety and ergonomics.
