Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during shifts and coaching the team to improve performance
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures
• Provide empathetic patient care and resolve insurance and medication issues
• Deliver immunizations and support Pharmacy Technicians to immunize
• Ensure compliance with state Board regulations and CVS Health policies
