Job summary

You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the on-site team, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes clinical care, collaboration with the broader health team, and continuous professional development through required trainings and CMEs.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and work with the pharmacy team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues (verbal and written).
• Use math to determine dispensing quantities, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to patients or colleagues.
• Maintain required physical demands to perform duties (lifting, standing, etc.).
• Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
