Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence by acting as role models, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
2. Supporting the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and contributing to positive patient experiences with empathy and care.
4. Proactively offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy inventory management.
5. Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and CVS policies.
6. Maintaining clinical skills and supporting access to care through clinical services where permissible.
7. Remaining flexible to meet scheduling and business needs, and supporting a safe, inclusive team environment.
8. Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Required qualifications include an active Pharmacist License in the state, an active NPI, and not being on the DEA Excluded Parties list. Essential functions involve attendance, concentration, customer service, communication, mathematical reasoning, issue resolution, physical mobility, and detailed communication skills.

Preferred qualifications are 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings, and flexibility to work across locations as needed.
