Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is hiring in Minnesota to deliver live demos and sampling experiences that connect customers with brands at the point of sale. You will engage shoppers, support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and onboarding activities, and help drive sales through memorable in-store experiences.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support; the role offers growth opportunities and benefits tailored to families.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
