Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Missoula, MT, is seeking an energetic events associate to drive sales through live events and product sampling at retail locations. You will help bring brands to life, engage shoppers, and support teams in setting up demos across stores.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing support. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and be available 4+ days per week, including Sundays and Mondays. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older with reliable transportation to work location.
• Available 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and teamwork.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
