Job summary

Club Demonstration Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking team members to drive sales through engaging live events and sampling in communities and stores.

You will support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and onboarding new team members, while setting up and breaking down demos and ensuring smooth operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life with live events and sampling.
• Support leadership through reporting, training, scheduling, and organizing demos.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Set up and break down demos and ensure clean, functioning work areas.
