Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics Training HAUS is seeking an Assistant Sports Performance Coach to support strength, conditioning, speed, and agility training in a team environment.

This part-time (.5 FTE) role is based in Eagan, MN, offering an hourly range of $22.09–$33.13 USD. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; CSCS is preferred. The coach delivers programs for teams and individuals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
• CSCS certification preferred
• 1–2 years coaching experience in strength, conditioning or sports performance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head/Sports Performance Coaches to deliver training to teams and athletes
• Develop and implement individual, small group, and large group performance programs
• Promote community relations and represent TCO Sports Performance at events
• Ensure high quality, compliant sports performance programs and safety standards
