Training HAUS in Shakopee, MN seeks a part-time Sports Skills Coach to lead sport-specific drills and programs evenings Monday through Thursday. You’ll work within Training HAUS facilities under i-Health/Revo, delivering coach-led sessions and maintaining safety.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in coaching or related field, plus experience in athletics; CPR/BLS certification preferred. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities within a supportive health network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Coaching, Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology.
• Experience playing sport at a collegiate level preferred.
• CSCS, PES, and SCCC preferred but not required.
• CPR/BLS Certification or ability to get certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain routine schedule of skills and drills as advertised and promoted through Training HAUS
• Develop and maintain rapport with high level clients engaging in sport specific skills/drills
• Provide instruction of sport specific skills and drills within the scope of practice defined by skills curriculum and proper drill progression.
• Communicate with sport coaches and coworkers in a professional manner
• Collaborate with therapy managers, physical therapists and sports performance coaches across the organization as needed
• Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
• Communicate with supervisor regarding any safety or incident report issues occurring during fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
