Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Irvine is seeking a part-time Sports Coordinator to support daily activities at our Orange County club. You will monitor basketball game runs, manage pool lane reservations, and ensure high levels of member service.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, plus teamwork and customer service experience. You will handle equipment, operate scoreboards, and assist with first aid as needed, contributing to a safe, energetic member experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Experience working in a group/team/camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the open run of basketball games by the members.
• Monitor pool and lane reservations by the members.
• Provide a high level of customer service to members.
• Monitor athletic equipment and report damage or misuse.
• Operate scoreboard during league games.
• Move equipment as needed (Tables, Chairs, Speakers).
• Maintain cleanliness as needed.
• Provide minor first aid as needed (Ice, band-aids).
