Amazing Athletes is the premier sports-based enrichment program in the country, offering employees flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a chance to inspire youth.

As a Sports Coach with Amazing Athletes, you will teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports following weekly curricula to children aged 3 to 6 years. You will undergo training in the Amazing Athletes methods, demonstrate activities in childcare centers, start new classes, enroll students, and aim to grow the program.

We seek qualified, experienced early-childhood teachers and coaches to be the face of our program. Our vision is to foster a positive culture centered on excitement, encouragement, development, and teamwork. Our Part-time Sport Coaches are passionate about building confidence, promoting teamwork, and inspiring active play and fitness.

In this role, you will:

1. Represent Amazing Athletes by interacting with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily
2. Conduct and assist in classes in an organized, fun manner
3. Arrive early and prepared, considering commute time
4. Supervise children directly under your care
5. Communicate issues effectively to the office and suggest solutions
6. Maintain current class rosters

Requirements:

• Coaching experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Child care experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within Frisco, McKinney, West Plano, The Colony, Carrollton, Prosper, and Celina
• Availability for at least 3 of 5 weekdays
• Primarily morning classes (9:00-10:30 am) and some afternoon classes (2:30-3:30 pm)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage the needs of 12 preschool children simultaneously
