Job summary

The Franciscan Renewal Center is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Spiritual Direction Ministry. This part-time role provides administrative support, coordinates spiritual direction, and maintains relationships with the Diocese and other organizations.

It also includes delivering Spiritual Direction to assigned Directees, sometimes outside the coordinator schedule. Typically 15 hours per week over 3 days, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Spiritual Direction Training program.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Spiritual Director.
• MA in Theology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and manage the Spiritual Direction Ministry.
• Respond to all requests for spiritual direction.
• Maintain monthly records including sessions and room fees.
