Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum one year professional experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Executes programming to foster the spiritual formation of all students.
• Plans and organizes student formation events, retreats, and programs across Catholic and other traditions.
• Supports outreach, coordinates classroom visits, and organizes information sessions.
• Manages program budget, documentation, evaluations, and follow-up.
• Mentors student leaders and provides pastoral care and guidance.
