AdventHealth in Florida seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to oversee care across our clinics, supervising therapy aides and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations, documenting progress, and communicating with patients and caregivers while participating in performance improvement activities.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensure as SLP with options for provisional or temporary certificates as applicable.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees therapy aides and maintains productivity and safety standards.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans and evaluates patient progress.
• Documents care using CPT codes and insurance guidelines.
• Coordinates with patients and caregivers and participates in quality improvement activities.
