Job summary
Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Springfield, Vermont, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with other clinicians to support residents’ cognitive and communication goals.
Applicants must be licensed and certified SLP with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and strong communication
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
- Provide speech-language therapy to patients, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
