Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH, is hiring a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. The role includes screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and plan-of-care revisions under physician supervision.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with an active state license and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.

Responsibilities

• The Speech-Language Pathologist shall conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
