Job summary

Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH invites a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team as a PRN position. You will provide expert assessment and treatment to residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The SLP will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations and discharge planning, and make revisions to care plans under physician supervision; licensure and applicable state certification are required.

Job Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist shall conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
