Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices in Kennewick is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist dedicated to enhancing community health. You will perform initial assessments, design care plans, and educate patients and families on treatment progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with Washington Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care appropriate to problems identified.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
